I have been making these handmade sterling silver titty buttons for many years and have a set of them on my own silk dress shirt. Each button is slightly different from the others. I can make them in sizes from 1/2" to 7/8" diameter. My inspiration for this button comes from the shape of the human female breast, a penultimate creation of harmony between form, function, and fascination. Some of my more modest customers sometimes refer to them as "little asian hat buttons" I suppose to avoid having their lips tittilated when the word passes through them. $4,00 for each one.

These buttons look much better on a garment than they do in this photograph with their newly polished finish and reflections.
